Charges, to include full English breakfast:

Tulip room, double £40 per person.
Chinese room, double or twin, £45 per person.
Hydrangea room, double, £45 per person.
Four poster room, £75 per person.
Prices based on double occupancy, single supplement is £15.

At weekends the full double room price will apply.

We make a nightly charge of £5 for Babies, £5 for dogs,
and we have available a cot and a high chair.

The optional four course dinner is £30 per person.

A two course supper is £20 per person

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Payment is by credit card (small charge of £3 will be levied on all credit card transactions to cover costs),
cheque or by cash, and we ask for a non refundable deposit of 50%
of the first night's booking when the reservation is made.

For guests coming from overseas we ask for a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the whole stay.

Please note that we will charge the full amount due in the case of a late cancellation
(less than 7 days from 4.0pm on the arrival date) where we are unable to relet the rooms, or due to a no show.

We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract and cancellation causes loss to small
establishments. However, if the guests rebook at a later date the deposit paid will be carried forward.

Guests are welcomed anytime after 4pm, (unless by special arrangement), and are asked to
 vacate their rooms by 11.00am on the morning of departure.
